It's no surprise why IG accounts such as @corporatebro and @corporatenatalie have cult-like followings for their humor. On one hand, having so much control and structure is supportive to scaling. Through working at Deloitte, I developed a way of working that has been I have felt that everything needed to be perfect. That change needed to be communicated and executed flawlessly. Until I joined the startup world and realized that continuous iteration and pivoting is almost like a constant. The people who love you will applaud you. For those who've been on the journey, you know that I have started to let go of my identity of CPD Advisors for the new one ( which is more powerful and exciting to me) The Million Dollar Machine. And the journey has continued with the product evolution of my former Starting with Systems course -> It is shifting towards the Build your Machine Accelerator, a 3-month cohort transformation. Today, I'd like to announce the latest shift in the evolution. The Swarm - > the name of our community is now The Factory Andy Warhol, one of the most famous artists in history was wildly successful because he created a factory where hundreds of artists produced his famed works. Inside of The Factory, Million Dollar Machines are made by you, the Makers in the community. My corporate experience created a story that I needed to be perfect and flawless with my change communications.
